4. Contract & 20% Deposit

If you decide to move forward, we send over a simple contract outlining the scope and a request for the 20% deposit. This locks in your spot on our schedule and funds the design phase.

5. Digital Design & Mockups

We begin drafting your digital design concepts. Send us a clear, straight-on photo of your wall, and we will impose the digital artwork directly onto the photo so you can see scale, perspective, and color balance before painting starts.

6. Revisions & Final Approval

You review the mockup and request revisions. We fine-tune the design until you are completely happy with how it looks on your wall.

7. Painting & Project Completion

We set a confirmed start date and time to begin the physical work. Once the painting is complete, sealed, and inspected together, the remaining 80% balance is settled.
